Refund Policy
We do not conduct refunds for change of mind orders.
If your item/items are faulty/damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email [email protected] providing a description and photo of the fault. If a replacement is available, we will offer this to you first and it will be sent out to you at no extra charge. If a replacement is not available we will conduct a full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
